Q- Who are NatureSupplies?

A- NatureSupplies are a family run business who source quality natural products from around the world and try our best to keep the cost down to our customers but at the same time deliver a quality product.

Q. How much is postage?

A. Within in the UK is FREE 1st class Delivery for any size order.Next day rates are available if needed but are chargeable visit our delivery page for more information.

Outside the UK – varies on which country is chosen,but as we ship thousands of packages per year we receive bulk shipping discounted prices and in turn pass the savings on to our customers.

Q. My order has not been delivered, what do I do?

A. If your order has not been received by 10 working days please contact us on Tel: 01388 747987.

Q. Returned items – How do I do this?

A. We accept returns if they are damaged, faulty or not as ordered. Refunds of unopened bottles / tubs need to be sent back to our office within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund,the buyer pays the return postage. Call us Tel: 01388 747987 to discuss.

Q. How long will it take till I receive my order?

A. All orders received before 3.30pm the same day are sent the same day.Please allow 1 – to 3 working days usually for 1st class Royal Mail orders.For orders outside the UK each country is different times usually no more than 7 days but some parcels can be delayed at customs.

Q. What happens if I am not in the house when my order is trying to be delivered?

A. If you are not in to receive your order Royal Mail should put a card through your door stating that they attempted delivery and will give you the opportunity to arrange a re-delivery or to pick up from the local depot,many of our products are available in flat packs which will fit through your letterbox even if your out if its a small order.
