The popular "The Fat Arse Diet" has been around for many years as it claims upto 10lbs can be lost in 3 days. Day One

Breakfast

Dinner

  • 3 oz (85g) any lean meat (white meat for better results)
  • 1 cup (110g) green beans
  • 1 cup (128g) carrots

Day Two

Breakfast

  • 1 egg pouched or boiled
  • 1 slice of bread (wholemeal better option)
  • 1 banana

Lunch

  • 1 cup of tine in spring water or brine or low fat cottage cheese (220g)
  • 5 plain tuc crackers
  • Black coffee,tea herbal tea or water

Dinner

  • 2 hotdogs no bread or sauce
  • 1 cup (71g) broccoli or cabbage
  • 1/2 cup (64g) carrots
  • 1/2 cup (68g) vanilla ice cream
  • 1 banana
  • Black coffee,tea herbal tea or water

Day Three

Breakfast

  • 5 plain tuc crackers with 1 oz (28g) cheedar cheese
  • 1 apple
  • Black coffee,tea,herbal tea or water

Lunch

  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 slice of (wholemeal toast)
  • Black coffee,tea herbal tea or water

Dinner

  • 1 cup tuns (226g)
  • 1 cup (100g) cauliflower
  • 1 cup (128g) carrots
  • 1 cup (160g) melon
  • 1/2 cup (68g) of vanilla ice cream
  • Black coffee,tea herbal tea or water

* Sweeteners or xylitol should be used instead of sugar

* Vegetables are allowed (frozen,fresh or tinned)
