Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 1 tomato
  • hemp seeds
  • any mustard
  • fresh lemon

Method:

  • 1.Toast the rye bread
  • 2.Slice then crush the avocado
  • 3.Slice the tomato
  • 4.Add the mustard to the rye toast (optional)
  • 5.Add the crushed avocado onto the toast
  • 5.Add the sliced tomatoes
  • 6.Squeeze lemon juice for flavour
  • 7.Sprinkle the hemp seeds on the finished meal
