Method Preparing A Healthy Breakfast Bowl
- 1) Add the granola & protein powder to a bowl cut up the fruit ad to the bowl and pour over almond milk leave in the fridge overnight.
- 2)The following morning add to the bowl the dried coconut,nuts,seeds,cacai nibs and sweeten with honey and eat.
