Chai Tea Smoothie Recipe | Dessert Treat

This recipe is an easy way to enjoy the flavours of chai tea latte without having 20g of sugar. All of the sweetness in this recipe comes from natural healthy ingredients.


  • 2 bananas
  • 1 Cup of almond milk
  • 1 Cup of chai tea
  • 1 Cup of ice
  • 1 TBSP of peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP of flax seeds
  • 1 TBSP of hemp seeds
  • 1 Medjool date
  • Vanilla flavouring (we use vanilla protein powder)
  • Add all ingredients to blender then mix.
